Isam Saleh, Managing Director
A technology expert with a focus on biometric and
Identity Management for over 27 years. Mr. Saleh has a vast experience in developing
and managing large-scale integrated system for both, the public and private sectors. Mr.
Saleh started his career in Biometrics at the Ohio Bureau of Investigation (BCI). As
Deputy Director of BCI, Mr. Saleh managed the implementation of the state’s
Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) and all other Information
technology-related systems. During his tenure at BCI, Mr. Saleh implemented many
initiatives that helped position the state of Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation at the
cutting edge of technology.
In his role as a Vice President of Business Development for 3M Cogent, with
responsibilities for State and Local government business in the US as well as the entire
business in the Middle East, Mr. Saleh positioned 3M as a leader biometric industry and
the identity credentialing market. Mr. Saleh heavily influenced in the development of
new biometric products and services and was highly engaged in the strategic planning
and execution of all sales, marketing and public relations activities.
Since his departure from 3M in 2015, Mr. Saleh dedicated his energy and experience to
building and promoting Identity Management Consulting (IMC) with the mission of
providing consulting service in state-of-the-art technology and identity management to a
government and biometric technology companies around the world. Under Mr. Saleh’s
leadership, IMC delivered exemplary system solutions in the areas of Identity
management, Public Safety, person and asset tracking Systems as well as solutions for
the financial and healthcare sectors.
Dr. Kal Jaber
Dr. Kal Jaber has over 20 years of experience in developing software applications in a variety
of domains and environments. This include developing cloud-based database, web-based
Graphical User Interface (GUI), objected oriented telecommunication systems as well as iPhone
and Android applications. Dr. Jaber has also extensive experience in the development of business
and functional requirements for software. He also has extensive experience in testing and
deployment of new software services and technologies. His experience includes developing
testing plans, testing scripts, testing management application to record testing scripts, defects,
and testing status. Dr. Jaber has also extensive experience in developing user’s manual for the
developed software. Dr. Jaber has a PhD in software engineering that he earned in 2016 from
Ohio University. He taught several computer science and software engineering classes at the
Ohio State University and Franklin University. Dr. Jaber is certified Scrum Master and Agile
Coach.
Mr. Brent Nye
Mr. Brent Nye has over 20 years of experience in development, testing, and deployment of
different types of software applications. His experience includes designing the back- and front-
end systems in ASP.NET based Microsoft Azure cloud applications. Mr. Nye has also extensive
experience in developing and testing web-based Graphical User Interface (GUI) and API. He
was responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the data loading module Meta
data module and synchronizing new release data with the product for wireless configuration
management as well as the development and design of Java GUI feature requests. Mr. Nye has
also worked on developing tools for automated test suites using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET,
VB Script, and SQL for network access software. He has extensive experience in software
regression Testing, automated testing, load and performance testing.
Mr. Mahmoud Jallaq
Mr. Mahmoud Jallaq has over eight years of experience in designing and developing software
applications in different domains. He has a thorough hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure
cloud applications, Azure security, Internet of Things (IoT), DevOps, and reporting & analytics
platform developments across healthcare and government agencies as well as several other
industries. Mr. Jallaq is experienced developing ASP.NET cloud applications, and mobile
applications, web-based GUI and APIs. His experience includes designing and developing a
mobile application to track shipment movement of products in the health care facilities.
